You provide one project-only email and retain control of its recovery, MFA, identity, and billing. Clever Coding configures the Mac mini, PocketCloud CLI, development tools, and least-privilege provider access.
That gives the project a durable home: your repositories, configuration, provider relationships, eligible history and exports, and PocketCloud knowledge layer remain portable to your team.

Is the PocketCloud Custom Implementation really a $10,000 flat fee?
Yes for a qualified standard project: $5,000 at kickoff and $5,000 at the agreed acceptance milestone. Expanded scope, unusually complex requirements, hardware upgrades, and third-party charges require a written quote before work begins.
How long does a standard project take?
Most well-defined standard projects can reach their agreed delivery milestone in about four weeks after kickoff. Complex products, delayed client inputs, expanded scope, and app-store or payment-provider reviews can take longer.
Who owns the Mac mini and project accounts?
The project is built for client control. The client owns the dedicated project email and provider accounts from day one, and title to the included baseline Mac mini transfers after final payment. Clever Coding uses delegated access while it manages the node.
Do ChatGPT, Codex, the OpenAI API, Gemini, and Claude share one subscription?
No. Provider subscriptions, API projects, billing, and plan names are separate where each provider defines them that way. We configure the appropriate client-owned products and document the account inventory at handoff.
Does every third-party AI permanently learn my project?
Not necessarily. Provider data use depends on the selected plan, settings, and current provider terms. The durable project continuity comes from your client-owned accounts, repositories, configuration, history where export is supported, and PocketCloud knowledge layer.
Are all platform versions published to every app store in four weeks?
The statement of work identifies which surfaces are launch-certified and which are buildable foundations. Publication and third-party approval are included only when named in scope and cannot be guaranteed by Clever Coding.
What happens after the included managed-node period?
The first 90 calendar days of node management are included. After that, you can operate the node yourself, take physical possession and end our access, or continue month-to-month management for $1,000 per month plus your third-party usage costs.
