Included with Phase 1
PocketCloud Client License and Repository Access
These are the terms of the lifetime PocketCloud license and repository access included in the $1,000 Phase 1 prototype. They are summarized on the offer page and restated in full in your statement of work. Nothing here is a support contract or a service-level agreement.
Grant
A perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the PocketCloud libraries in your own products, with unlimited seats inside your organization.
Upgrades
Access to PocketCloud releases published while the product is published. This is not a support contract, a service-level agreement, a roadmap commitment, or a promise that any specific feature will exist.
Repository Access
Read access to the PocketCloud repositories under confidentiality. It does not convey ownership of PocketCloud, the right to redistribute or resell the libraries, or the right to publish a competing derivative of the platform.
Your Project Code
The code written for you in your private project repository is yours, including on offboarding. PocketCloud itself remains Clever Coding’s and reaches you through the grant above.
Survival and Termination
The license survives the end of any engagement and is not revoked if you decline Phase 2 or stop managed-node service. It terminates only for breach of its confidentiality or redistribution terms.
What Is Not Included
Third-party subscriptions, API usage, hosting, developer program fees, merchant fees, and network or minting fees are yours and are billed to you directly. Hardware, including the Phase 2 Mac mini, is not licensed or transferred by this document — Clever Coding retains title to the node unless you purchase it under a written quote.
