Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time.

How to ask us to delete your data

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Send it from the email address you used with us, or tell us the account, username or page we should look for.
  3. We confirm we have your request, then delete what we hold and tell you when it is done — all within 30 days.

If you connected Facebook

In that platform's settings, open the list of apps and websites connected to your account, select ours and remove it. That stops any further sharing. Then email [email protected] and we will delete the information we received from that platform, within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Messages and correspondence linked to your email address.
  • Analytics records we can link to you. Clearing your cookies also ends the link between your browser and earlier visits.
  • Information we received from Facebook.
  • Anything else we hold that identifies you.

What we may keep

Records the law requires us to keep, for the period it requires them; and totals and statistics that no longer identify anyone.
