First Words Lite hits #13 on day two
On July 30th First Words HD Lite and Kid's Spanish HD Lite were release. It is an Free iPad App built upon the base code from the First Words iPhone App. The apps have in-app purchases enabling users to upgrade the app for $1.99 to the full version. After only two days on the app store First Words HD Lite has already hit #13 in the education section. Not only have they begun generating sales from the in-app purchases but the sales of the paid versions have seen a big boost.
The First Words iPhone app was the first internal app publish by Clever Coding in the summer of 08 and was one of the first 3000 apps on the app store. Things have really changed on the store since then with well over 250,000 apps but the First Words and Kid's Spanish series of apps is still going strong.
